When the skies are grey and the air is cold and the low-grade sniffles are hard to shake, it's easy to forget that spring will one day arrive. If you're feeling stuck in a winter rut, check out this video. It is a really elegant and spellbinding illustration of Nature's cycle. Via Little Brown Pen.

That was really wonderful.
ReplyDeleteIt reminded me of when we first moved to Maryland (though we are back in California now). It was during the summer that we moved there, and everything was green and dense. We had a very hard time finding places because so many street signs were overgrown and whatnot. When the fall passed and all of the trees were bare, we couldn't believe how many things and places (like homes and restaurants and monuments) we had missed because they were hidden in the cover of the beautiful trees.
I really miss those trees now!
Oh, I so needed to see this today and be reminded of the beauty that comes in different forms each few months of the year. Thank you!
ReplyDeleteReally beautiful
ReplyDeleteStunning!
ReplyDeletethat was really beautiful & encouraging, especially returning from vegas, where the landscape doesn't really change that much. i wish the fall was portrayed a little longer and with fuller trees and their glorious colors, but otherwise truly a beautiful video - thanks for that treat
